1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any service of 85k85k — including Sports Betting, Live Casino, crash games, poker, and any promotions available on the platform — you confirm that you have read and fully agreed to these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling guidelines published on the site.

2 Eligibility & Registration

The 85k85k reserves the right to verify the identity of any user at any time and to cancel accounts that do not meet the eligibility criteria.

3 Account Verification (KYC)

The Know Your Customer (KYC) process is mandatory before your first withdrawal and may be requested at any time by the compliance team at 85k85k. Verification is required to confirm the account holder's identity and ensure the safety of all platform users.

To complete verification, you will need to submit:

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals at 85k85k are processed exclusively via Pix, to the same Pix key or bank account linked to the account holder's CPF. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00. Processing times vary according to the user's VIP level:

• Bronze and Silver: up to 10 minutes via Pix for verified accounts;
• Gold: within 5 minutes via Pix with priority processing;
• Platinum: up to 3 minutes with priority withdrawal 24/7;
• Diamond: within 2 minutes with top-priority withdrawals, 24/7.

The 85k85k reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00, particularly for recently verified accounts or accounts with unusual deposit history. Withdrawals of bonus-originated funds are subject to full completion of the applicable rollover before they can be processed.

The 85k85k does not charge fees on withdrawals. The user is responsible for any fees their financial institution may charge upon receiving the Pix transfer, which are rare and the responsibility of the receiving bank.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

The 85k85k offers a variety of promotions to its users, including a welcome bonus, weekly promotions, VIP cashback, and a birthday bonus. Each promotion has specific conditions published at the time of launch. The general conditions applicable to all bonuses are:

• Welcome bonus — up to R$ 500.00 on the first deposit, with a 30x rollover on the bonus amount received. Bets on all sports and casino games count 100% toward the rollover, except where otherwise indicated;

• Accepted and confirmed bets are final — they cannot be cancelled or changed by the user after confirmation;
• The 85k85k reserves the right to void bets in cases of odds published with a clear technical error (for example, odds of 1.01 for an unlikely outcome), changes to competition format, or force majeure events that prevent the conclusion of the event;
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, bets are refunded at the original stake amount, except where at least the minimum portion of the event defined in the sport's rules has already been completed;
• Multi-leg (combined) bets that include a voided event will have that event removed from the combination, with the remaining legs settled as normal;
• Official results used for settlement are those published by the competition's governing body or the event's organizing entity.

9 VIP Program

The VIP Program of the 85k85k is automatically offered to all registered users, starting at the Bronze level. No separate sign-up is required — any bet placed on the platform earns VIP points. The 5 levels are: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond.

VIP Program specific conditions:

• VIP points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned;

• Using bots, automated scripts, arbitrage software, or any other technological means to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform;
• Engage in money laundering or any illicit financial transaction through the platform — the 85k85k is legally required to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities;
• Depositing funds of illicit origin or making deposits on behalf of third parties;
• Systematically attempting to exploit technical errors in odds or live odds — 85k85k will void any bets placed on identified manifest errors;
• Sharing account credentials with third parties or allowing others to use your account;
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users or members of the support team;
• Accessing the service from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of bonus balances, and, in serious cases, retention of available funds for investigation prior to processing any pending withdrawals.

11 Account Closure and Suspension

Prior to closure, withdrawals of any available balance may be processed normally, provided that verification and rollover requirements have been met.

The 85k85k may suspend or close an account in the following situations:

• Proven violation of any item in section 10 of these terms;

12 Responsible Gambling

• Technical failures on the user's device or internet connection that result in loss of access during a live bet or crash game round — in such cases, the platform always uses the server state as the reference;
• Regulatory decisions by third parties that affect the availability of certain games or markets in specific regions.

The maximum liability of the 85k85k in any circumstance is limited to the amount of the available balance in the affected user's account at the time of the incident. If a technical error results in an undue credit to a user's account, the 85k85k reserves the right to correct the balance unilaterally after notifying the user.

15 Changes to the Terms and Conditions

The 85k85k may review and update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Substantial changes — those affecting user rights, bonus conditions, or withdrawal rules — will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via the registered email address and through a prominent notice on the platform.

Minor changes — such as text corrections, language clarifications, or mandatory regulatory updates — may be implemented with 7 days' notice. The version of the terms currently in effect is always the one published on this page, with the date of last update shown at the top of the document.

16 Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. For the resolution of any dispute arising from the use of the platform 85k85k that cannot be resolved directly through the support channel, the courts of the district of São Paulo — SP are hereby designated as the sole competent jurisdiction, to the exclusion of any other, however privileged it may be.
